We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Contact form submissions are retained for two years. Sample Content Assessment uploads are retained only as long as needed to perform the assessment and respond, then deleted. Client project data is retained for five years after engagement completion unless contractually specified otherwise.
